Let There be Peace in the Victor Valley for Me

Look at these guys, am I lucky or what? I know the day will come when they don’t get excited about Santa and Christmas presents. It’ll be like “the Giving Tree” by Shel Silverstein. They won’t swing on my branches and sleep in the hammock. That’s why I’m soaking it in now. Christmas was also exhausting, I haven’t written enough about that. Sarah did most all the shopping, the wrapping, the planning. I swear she fell out of heaven and coasted down to me on a cloud. She’s the absolute best.

My word for the year is “Peace.” This will be manifest in many ways. One way I have started already is to finish posts with the word when it fits. Tomorrow is New Year’s eve. We are hanging out in the house and getting some grub snacks to get to midnight. What are you doing? Bye for tonight, peace.
