Teacher: What materials did the Principal give you?

Me: Books but I bought a CD rom because it’s easier?

Teacher: What? They didn’t mention that in the training? That’s completely unfair you have a CD Rom.

Me: (What I said) Oh, I can make you a copy.

Teacher: That’s not the point, the district should have offered it to us free.

Me: (What I should have said) Here’s a quarter, call someone who cares.

I'm a blogger, film critic, & podcaster with an MA in English from California State University, Fullerton. I teach public school, 4th grade as my primary occupation. My views on films and life are usually headstrong and often 'left of center' on movies and life, but I have respect for the other side. I married my high-desert princess (now my queen). We have 3 children.
